Transformational Guidance Sessions
Trillium offers one-on-one; couples;
and group transformation guidance, facilitated in-person and online
The intention is to:
- provide a safe container for the nervous system to release tensions, allowing the client space for grounding and introspection
- evoke and support clearing of blocked energetics and conditioning
- allow and facilitate clearer seeing of reality and the internal recognition of who we truly are
- anchor this recognition into a sustained way of being
- support a permanent attitude for moving with more ease, peace and grace in daily life
Each session (1 or 1.5 hour lenght depending on content and purpose) is
unique; tailored to the expressed 'need' of the client; and offered as it 'comes through' in the moment as Trillium draws upon the teachings, trainings & tools she has received and embodied throughout her life (see About for more details)
Session content includes:
- silent transmission, meditation and/or guided energy experience
- heart based 'space holding' and listening with or without dialogue
- verbal and non-verbal guidance to recognize and release old patterns; suppressed emotions and traumas
- 'hands-on' or remote energetic work and energetic blockage release
- Qi Gong, TRE and other movement guidance
- conscious breath instruction
- sound healing
Price - Euro 125/hr or Euro 185/90 minutes
A recording of the session is offered so that the client can review and incorporate the pointers over time, allowing the guidance to be more deeply understood and integrated on deeper levels, and to mature from the inside.

Tailormade Programs
Science claims that clearing old patterns of habit
require a minimum focused dedication of 21 days.
A dedicated focus to the Self-unveiling through daily practice is necessary in order to allow a deeper and more permanent change
of one's
Self-understanding, Self-relating, and Self-perception
Hence Tailor-made Programs are offered to support this.
They are suitable for clients who have had at least one private session first. That way the client's needs, desires and goals can be explored to ensure there resonance to move forward
The Programs offer the client a way to:
- deepen their commitment to unravelling, transforming and releasing patterns and energy blockages
- with devotion and persistence peel off 'ego conditioning' layers to reveal the True Self Within
- ensure a more lasting practice of living with more freedom and peace
Layout and Cost of Tailormade Programs
- TAILORMADE PROGRAMS: offered live 'in person', or live 'via zoom'. Clients report there to be just as much energetic presence and effect using 'online access' as 'in person'. All sessions are recorded (video or audio as per prior agreement with the client) such that these recordings can be kept by the client and viewed as many times as desired. Much additional insight and learning is experienced when using the recordings after the live sessions
- 1 MONTH PROGRAM: includes 4 private live transformational sessions - one at the start, one about 10 days in, one at day 21, and one on the last day. The client is given exercises and practices to do at home daily, in between the live sessions. Throughout the month, Trillium is available to answers questions and provide support and guidance. On completion of the program, the client receives a final package with practices to continue and the option for further scheduled check-ins to ensure continued and persistent practice Price - Euro 550
- 3 MONTH PROGRAM: typically 11 live sessions spread evenly over the period; two 'voice mail check-ins and response' between each live session; detailed homework and half-time 'goals and progress' assessment in the middle of the program Price - Euro 1,400

Online Programs
Online programs are offered at regular intervals to
existing and new clients
Online programs are designed for the practitioner to watch pre-recorded instructional videos on a regular (weekly) basis,
to instruct and inspire daily practice to
deepen the understanding and practical implementation
The Online programs explore particular 'theme' -
eg 'Self-Love' or 'Resting in Consciousness'
