Guidance to Practice

Trillium offers meditation classes and individual transmission sessions to those who wishes to embark on, or deepen, access to the higher realms of stillness and peace, to cleanse their 'causal' body of karmic conditioning, and access higher states of frequencies - to connect with their own Soul and other high-frequency beings and to realize deeply the inner understanding of who they truly are  


Trillium feels that meditation is one of the most powerful means by which we can clear and cleanse the mental, emotional and physical bodies of conditioning imprints so as to become more free and clear to live a fulfilling and peaceful life, guided by our own inner intuitive sense as compass.  Meditation is an integral part of any tailor-made program she offers    


From time to time, Trillium holds retreats and workshops on the topic of meditation, and assists a Thai nun in Vipassana retreats by holding silent morning yin yoga for the participants  


Trillium continues her own deepening and exploration of states of Consciousness, most recently by the profoundly subtle applications of ancient (secret) internal transformational alchemy (yogic and Qi Gong applications

Finding Peace Within

Trillium has received meditation instruction, initiations & teachings from many lineages - including Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana Dzogchen, Classical Tantra, and Bön traditions; Theravadan and Zen Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, Hermetics, and Indian Kriya Yoga 


Through direct, long-term, live-in relationships with several of her spiritual teachers, she has received personal guidance in meditation techniques and practical application, spiritual philosophy, pranayama techniques and kundalini management, as well as inner and outer alchemy    


Trillium has spent extensive time living in 'retreat'; temple; and ashram settings - including long solitude retreats in Crewstone (CO, USA) and at the Chogyam Trungpa's Red Feather Lake retreat center in Colorado;   Advaita Vedanta Master Mooji's Sahaja ashram in Portugal;  the Shaolin Temple Europe, several Thai vipassana temple settings, as well as Himalayan caves and holy places



Silent and Solitude Retreats

Trillium has some 10,000 hours of formal 'on-cushion' meditation training, which now is incorporated into a 'moment-to-moment way of living'.   She has done more than thirty retreats of week-, month- , or year-long nature, most of them in silence and solitude.  Some of them have also been in a 'dark room' setting, sometimes without food and water


Trillium is one of the select 64 participants of the ‘The Shamatha Project’ - an ongoing 10+ year longitudinal scientific research study which set out to use an extensive multitude of methods to examine the many benefits of meditation on the physical, emotional and mental bodies.  The project initiative was inspired and initiated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama; and his immediate students Lama B. Alan Wallace; and Dr Cliff Saron of the Center of Mind and Brain Studies at UC Davis, California made it come true and alive in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado in 2007/8
