Trillium has created an accesible way for participants to experinece subtle energy transmissions - ie. getting direct experiental access to the intangible realms that we cannot teach with "words'; only access and experience by ourselves and then learn to activate and cultivate by our own intention and capacity
Trillium weaves the teachings she has received from Qi Gong; Tai Chi; and Energetic Healing teachers with her understanding arrived at from guidance in Zen and Tibetan Buddhism with Taoist teachings -
The result is an experience where everyone learn to activate and deepen their sense of different energy frequencies and how to use this skill and wisdom for improved living
Qi Gong Classes
- Classes are seasonally offered in Asia and Europe
- The main focus is learning to ‘sense’; cultivate and generate different frequency states of energy consciousness and to generate it 'at will'
- Practice includes ‘shaking’ and 'song' to release tensions and activate Qi through Zhan Zuan horse stance
- Trillium offers individual hands-on adjustments to align and facilitate energy flow throughout the body
- The main componenet is the generation and cultivation of sensing the Qi Energy ball and understanding identification and access to the Three transformation technique; as well as Pore Breathing and Microcosmic Orbit circulation
- In more advanced classes, the practice of connecting Heaven and Earth energy; 'Bone Marrow cleansing' and some further 'ancient secrets' to activate and guide Qi in the lower, middle and upper dantiens is shared
- Classes often end with supine stillness to internalize and integrate energies activated; allowing them to nourish and rejuvenate the fphysical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies
- Participants report ‘being able to feel energy for the first time in their lives’, ‘feeling balanced and boosted after class’ as well as ‘increased sensitivity and energy flow’ after repeated practice
- Trillium also holds ‘partner-practice’ groups, where energy flow and sensitivity is cultivated in pairs, improving accuracy and skill of how to identify, harness, synchronise, intensify and move energy with intent

- QI GONG and SUBTLE ENERGY AWARENESS WORKSHOPS are offered on a regular basis in Asia, Europe and online
- Internal Alchemy applied to 'Real Life' is the overall focus and message
- The key components are understanding the core principles of energy; and how to activate, cultivate, and apply these prinicples in every-day life to create more balance and peace
- Participants get a fully embodied 'direct experience' of energies and frequencies, and strenghten the capacity to practice the prinicples and methods on their own - in solo or partner/group setting
- Emotional, mental and spiritual applications of the heightened sensitivity and clarity of wisdom is emphasised

- These use the components above and take into account the student's current skill level of Qi Gong/Tai Chi/Energy Awareness, as well as desires in terms of development and goals as identified by the student (with guidance from Trillium)
